Bootiful RESTful API Contracts and Restdocs

Abstract

This live code talk will show you how to use Spring RestDocs and Spring Cloud Contract to easily create and maintain API documentation and contract tests for your Spring Boot 3 applications. We will demonstrate how to use Spring RestDocs to automatically generate API documentation from your tests and use Spring Cloud Contract to ensure that your API adheres to the agreed-upon contracts. You will learn how to use these tools to improve the quality of your API documentation, increase confidence in changes made to your API, and minimize the risk of introducing breaking changes. With this talk, you'll be able to improve your API development process and create more robust, reliable, and maintainable APIs.
